Get ready for the Race!

New Life Lincoln is a thriving city centre church in the beautiful city of Lincoln.

We’re a group of people from all walks of life who’ve been transformed by Jesus Christ.

We have a calling to reach our neighbourhood, city, region and world with the good news of Jesus Christ.

We are passionate in our worship, devoted to the word of God and the people of the Spirit.

In September 2011 we are launching our first ever Academy. The Academy is designed to equip, empower and release you into an amazing year of your life. We’re looking for you to discover God’s calling and for you to get the best out of your year.

We’re running four streams focusing on different areas of ministry. These are children’s work, youth work, worship and media, and community engagement. These are designed to give you hands-on experience whilst building strong foundations and disciplines. 
Alongside your hands-on, practical work experience you’ll receive weekly training in the areas of Biblical studies, personal discipleship and life skills.

If you can commit to giving one year of your life we will commit to train, inspire, provoke and challenge you. Your year will be your preparation so that when you finish you’re really just starting.

The Academy has been designed to equip you with the best tools to let you get on with your work and personal development. We want you to move forward in your relationship with God.

You will be based at New Life Lincoln where you will be part of the thriving church community. You will be working through an exciting programme based on character development and personal discipleship.

Alongside your chosen stream throughout the year there’ll be an opportunity to develop your gifting by serving our wider church community.

So who are we looking for? We’re looking for creative, energetic, teachable, passionate people who want to serve God in the local church.
