In this relational, hands‑on role, you’ll support three Night Light Café pilot sites as they explore a new ‘course‑by‑conversation’ model, helping volunteers feel equipped, encouraging guests to grow in financial capability, employability, life skills and wellbeing, and gathering learning that will shape how the programme expands across the Network. Each week you’ll visit a delivery site, offer gentle leadership within sessions, train volunteers, and build pathways that help participants move towards meaningful occupation and positive change.
