Why volunteer for Acts Trust?

At Acts Trust, we’re incredibly lucky to have some wonderful volunteers who give their time, energy and enthusiasm to support people across Lincoln.

One of those people is Jonathan, who was recognised as our Volunteer of the Year in 2025!

We caught up with Jonathan to hear a little more about why he volunteers, what it means to him and why he continues to give his time to Acts Trust.

Here’s what he had to say…

Could You Make a Difference?

Volunteers like Jonathan are such an important part of what we do at Acts Trust. Whether it’s giving a few hours of your time, sharing your skills or simply being there for someone who needs a little support, it all makes such a difference.

Fancy getting involved?

We’re always keen to hear from people who would like to volunteer with us. Whether you’ve got lots of time to give or just a little, we’d love to have a conversation about how you could get involved.

Get in touch with Acts Trust to find out more about our volunteering opportunities.

Who knows? You might even be our next Volunteer of the Year!
